Our payment service is hosted on Square Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce/payment platform that allows us to sell our services to you.
Your data is stored through Square’s data storage, databases and the general Square application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Square stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Square monitor every transaction, they continuously innovate in fraud prevention, and protect your data like their business depends on it—because it does. Encryption and monitoring. Square enables trusted transactions between Mas Bara LLC and our customers by making secure payments as simple as possible. The Square Reader keeps payment information safe by encrypting it as soon as it’s received. The transaction information is also securely encrypted when sent to the clients’s bank in a way that can’t be read by us, Square, or anyone else. They track the purchase as it goes through our software. Layered SecurityCard-processing systems adhere to the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Square regularly installs security updates and patches on its servers and equipment. Square prohibits the storage of card numbers, magnetic stripe data, and security codes on client devices. Square controls access to sensitive data, application data, and cryptographic keys. Two-factor authentication and strong password controls are required for administrative access to systems. ‍‍ We encourage responsible reporting of problems with our payment service. We also recognize that legitimate and well-intentioned researchers are sometimes blamed for the problems they disclose. In order to encourage responsible reporting practices, Square promises not to bring legal action against researchers who point out a problem, provided they: Share with Square the full details of any problem found. ——Refunds——

Once your return request is received and investigated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If 5 days have gone by since your subscription, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will ask you to cancel immediately by contacting our suscriber department so we do not charge you the following month. This need to be done before the third week after your last payment.To be eligible for a return, you need to contact us during the next 5 days of your subscription. If we as Mas Bara LLC made a mistake and didn't deliver the promised service, we will refund in full after the investigation is done.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at masbarainfo@gmail.com.

A client (masbara.net user) may, by agreement with the service provider, elect to make payment by cash, check or other payment method accepted by the service provider. Such payments are made directly between the client and the service provider when they meet in person to complete their service agreement, pursuant to terms they determine. Mas Bara LLC. is not a party to such transactions, and does not facilitate such transactions, refunds or returns in any manner.
By using the Mas Bara Payment Solution to enroll and pay your monthly subscription, you are entering into an agreement with Shopify subject to the terms of the Shopify Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Shopify Terms of Service (collectively, the “Shopify Services Agreement”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Shopify Services Agreement, you will not have the right to have Shopify, and will not request that Shopify, transfer any buyer data Stripe collects via the Mas Bara Payment Solution to an alternative payment processor. Except for the foregoing restriction that supersedes any rights you may have in the Shopify Services Agreement, the Stripe Services Agreement is separate from these Terms. Mas Bara is not a party to the Shopify Services Agreement and will not be liable or responsible for the payment services provided by Shopify. If Shopify discontinues providing services in connection with the Mas Bara Payment Solution, you authorize Shopify to share your payment method information with an alternative third-party payment processor that is or will be integrated into the Mas Bara Payment Solution.
You agree to pay the service fees (“Service Fees”) for the subscription transactions you make using the Mas Bara Payment Solution. The Service Fees include Electronic Payment Method processing fees to Stripe and service fees to Mas Bara.Mas Bara LLC reserves the right to change the Service Fees from time to time.

In providing this Service, Mas Bara LLC enables the transmission of mobile messages (“Data”) from its Customers to the Subscribers requesting the product or service. The treatment of this Data is extremely important and an integral part of Mas Bara LLC’s product offerings.
